The course which you were waiting for a long time, today we are going to launch it, this complete course about JIN reflexology therapy will definitely work to take you to a new direction and to a new height in the field of your practices.
‘It has been said that prevention is better than cure. And living healthy life without medicine is very much better’
Following these, the Inventor of JIN Reflexology, Hon’ble JIN Reflexologist Anil Jain of India has been doing research since many years and today his tremendous experience has developed, such a method of holistic healing, in which only the points of hands and feet are pressed and he do your perfect diagnosis and tell what problem you actually have and which problem is developing inside you and they have named this therapy JIN reflexology.
So come and know what is JIN reflexology and how it is work here through this song.
Song
Hello very beautiful song has been presented by Kirtiji Patni. Trying to bring this therapy practice to you by sifting it through in words, and at the same time, in the accompanying slideshow, you will certainly get an overview of the history of JIN reflexology therapy, which is thirty-three years of our history. Surely you must have understood the depth of what our have done,
We are going to start now. Prayer –
• Feeling day night my, all happy world
Every person inside our life wants me to be always happy, young, healthy life, and at the same time vibrant to look more handsome.
He always strives for this and there are situations to come in life and how can we get rid of the stress that comes in our life under those circumstances, how can we stay away from that stress?
After that, he tries to avoid various types of diseases, whether it is insomnia or stress or migraine or there can be many types of diseases, wants to stay away from those diseases, whether it is knee pain, neck pain or whether it is back pain keeps trying to get relief from all this. adopts many types of therapies for it and sometimes remains get fast relief and sometimes not got a relief.
I would like to share an experience before starting my talk.
A woman who was troubled by her headache, she got her treatment from various doctors of the city, but she could not be treated anywhere, anybody could not the perfect diagnose this disease, she got the CT scan and MRI done. Everything was showing all right in the report. but the woman was troubling severe headache, she was lost her Patience. She had lost his day’s rest and night’s sleep. her problem could not be resolved. The woman was upset. Someone suggested her that, there is a therapist in the city who examines you and tells what is your problem and also treats their diseases.
After all she goes to that therapist and that therapist do examines her feet, after doing it is found that she does not have a headache, but she has suffered from severe acidity problems. This is the root cause of her headache. When hearing the diagnosis of the disease, the woman said that what should I do now? then the therapist said that, you have to come to us daily till 7 days and after that you will know, how much percent result you have. And those in 7 days, her acidity was completely cured and their headache was also gone, it is not any other therapy; it is only JIN reflexology through which perfect diagnosis has been achieved and its treatment has also been done. The therapy that works to save many such lives is only JIN Reflexology.
Today we are going to get acquainted with such a holistic treatment system.
Through which we will be able to know that the therapy in which there is no MRI, No CT scan, No X-ray, but still, we are able to diagnose the disease through this therapy system.
The health benefits from sleep problems to fertility concerns, this holistic therapy works wonders.
This therapy has been providing its solution within it and due to its properties. it is becoming popular all over the world. In the same episode, our authorized center is running inside South Africa, whose head is Lynn Pretorius, who has taken the lead in taking this Therapy advanced system to all of South Africa. For that we thank him very much. Now it is popular all over the world. So let’s talk about this therapy.
To understand JIN reflexology, it is the art of living a healthy life, today we will start it through prayer, first prayer will be.
Hello, my maternal uncle, Dhanraj ji Badera, who inspired me to move forward in to this therapy practices, so first at all I greet him here today.
We will start today’s session by pressing the energy and concentration increaser reflex points located in the fingers of hands. And whenever you will be starting study, before if you repeating this process, then surely your concentration will increase.
If we want to know reflexology, we want to understand reflexology, so, first of all we have to observe the history, how our history has been and history is related to the life of India and Indian life style.
The world of desires, every human just comes, but he is found whose body and mind are healthy. We want transitory pleasures in the world or we intend to acquire self-knowledge in the spiritual field. It’s very essential that our mind and body should be in sync to achieve these things. As per saying, “Healthy body is the home of happiness.”
Today I am going to explain the method which throws light on human body anatomy. The invention of diagnosis method does not rely on any medicine. This method neither takes help of a bitter pill or medicine to cure an ailment nor excruciating pains of needles (injections). First of all, I will explain the difference that how this method works.
There are two types of thoughts- First is Swadeshi and another is Western and we all are aware of these methods. That is whatever you consume and fall sick. We have modern method of medicine science to get quick relief of it. If there are serious complications, we would have to undergo surgery. Doctor will cut the area where it pains and malady is cured. You will experience unbearable pain but finally you will be saved. It’s a very serious issue. It sounds easy that one underwent appendix, piles or bile operation. Ask the man who underwent the above surgeries. How many problems he and his family encountered? They experienced sleepless nights for weeks and cost of treatment was endless. It’s quite painful to stand up and sit after the surgery.
Second thought is based on ‘Prevention is better than cure.’
Our lifestyle and dieting should be so that we don’t contract any disease. If a disease is in primary stage, focus should be to nip it in the bud. Is it possible, yes, it’s through JIN Reflexology? A question will arise in your mind about JIN Reflexology, what is it and how it works. Is it effective in reality? We must know the history prior to know it.
Reflexology- the oldest treatment t method of the world has its roots in India. We will have to preview its history to know it. India is the birth place of all cultures since immemorial times where utmost focus is given on prevention of a disease rather than its cure.
Our sages, Munis and Rishis blessed whole humanity through their self- acquired knowledge so that they can lead a happy, peaceful and relaxed life.
The self-knowledge requires no resources for doing any works. Whether it was any task in remotest areas or flying in sky, they did easily with this knowledge.
Indian science technology advancements go back millennia, Television and internet services go back to the time of The Ramayana and Mahabharata.
Sanjay, who described the series of events to the blind king Dhritarashtra while both were sitting in the palace.
“How can he see through Sanjay’s eyes? There was technology available at that time… internet was there, satellite communication was there,”
Their knowledge was not only confined to mere physical things, but also, they had grasp over it was a particle of atoms, origins of birds and animals, social framework, exact distance of Sun and Moon, astrology etc.
4
India is a very important knowledge was with him. his knowledge gave to the whole world. We can see that; the architectural art is an unmatched specimen of the architecture. Even today we see that even within thousands of years, there has been no deterioration in the architecture of that object.
This type of knowledge existed with this country, only whether it is a matter of mathematics, astrology, knowledge of Sanskrit.
They had vast knowledge of anatomy of human body. It’s available in from of literature Charak Sanhita, Shusurut Sanhita, Ashtang Hridyam, Ashtang Yogas, and Ayurveda etc. are still prevalent in India.
We will talk about physiology, Ayurveda, thousands of years ago, Charaka- Samhita, Shushrut Sanhita Or there may be many types of texts, those texts were composed. When they did not have any kind of machine. They mentioned, what should be eaten in winter or in summer season at that time. Which diet is favorable for which body, which diet is unfavorable, when which What should be the diet? What should be eaten during the morning and or evening. All this analyzed things available in these texts. In the end, this was our identity, this was our science, it was important in itself. As well as so much in the field of surgery science was that, when you see the picture, you will be surprised that even in ancient times plastic surgery used to happen even and also test-tube babies were born.
If you do an analytical study of some things, you will find that how vast was the knowledge of Indians they believe in religion. Whatever process there in ancient times, which was useful for our body, family, society or country, our scholars’ teachers, sages combined them with part of religion or tradition.
The same lesson today I am going to tell in front of you the traditions of ancient times and what is the scientific evidence? First of all, we will talk about the practice of washing feet, that is, how the tradition existed in ancient times. In which, when elders go out and returned home, their feet were washed. What was the reason? First one was the whole negative energy which should not come in our house and also the fatigue of the day was also removed. And secondly, they were relaxing and also sound sleep in night. This is the reason that even today many people, whether it is a matter of Muslim society, before they go to offer Namaz, they do ‘wajju’, that is to say, all these traditions were present in this country since ancient times.
After that we will talk about the second one, the important tradition is no food after sun set, that is, you do not have to eat anything after the sun sets, this tradition is going on, especially whether it is a matter of Jainism or of Hinduism or of other religions. It is not good to eat dinner, it feels like a sin but why? What is the reason behind that? The number one reason is that when there is a lot of bacteria inside the sunlight when there is a lot of germs, many will be destroyed.
You must have note that, as the sunset happens, you see a lot of germs around the light, what is it all about.
which is become a troublesome.
the second reason is that, there is a lack of oxygen, that is, in the
evening, the trees and plants, release carbon dioxide and naturally there we lack oxygen. So our food does not get digested properly.
The third thing is that, when the sun is at its peak in the sunlight, that is, noon, then the digestive power is deepest and fastest at this time. But the one which starts to fall in the evening then our digestive power slow down. The process of
catabolism slows down. That’s why we should not eat food in the evening. What is another reason that, when we eat food, we should sleep after 3 hours.
Why? When we eat food and that time stomach secrete the gastric juice. it stays in the stomach to digest food for about two and a half to 3 hours. Till then, if we sleep, then that acid touches the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), due
to which acidity, burning sensation comes in the body. So, if we adopt this tradition not eat food after sunset then surely, we are saved from all those diseases. This is our ancient tradition, there has been scientific evidence behind it, which has been definite beneficial for the body.
After that we would like to talk about another tradition like when we were young, forgot to do homework, we could not remember, then our teachers giving a punishment. they said that you should do sit-up, by hooding both your ears with opposite hands. At those times, we did not understand anything. It seemed to us that we were punishing. But the scientific region behind it, today we came to know that, what is the reality? The reason was that, today, scientists have found out the technique was named as Super Brain Yoga. What is the reason? why it is called Super Brain Yoga? In fact, when we press the ear lower tip, according to ear reflexology these reflex points represent to our brain and when we press this point in the opposite hand stimulate the brain. According to the magnetic system, our right side is positive and left side is negative. it is activated and balance will be equal. When we give positive field to negative then balance will be equal. So, keeping those things in mind, our ancient scholars took out this type of tradition and in this way, we doing sit- ups. While keeping the hand and pressing its reflection, then our memory increases inside our body and our ability to remember increases too. This type of work is being done all over in the world.
It can even be said that whatever traditions go on in the country of India. There has been some scientific reason behind all the religions that have been told. So I would like to tell one more thing, which is behind do the scientific reason, “Where the anklet in the foot and the bracelet in the hand, the ‘Bindi’ on the forehead”
It has been the tradition of this country to wear different types of ornaments not only of our beauty, symbol for good fortune, but behind this hidden the secret of reflexology. The places where we wear ornaments have been some special reflex points of our body and they have press and we have been leading a safe and healthy life, this was the main reason. This ornament is not only worn by women but also for men. It was present in this country since ancient times and even today there are many regions where this type of ornament is worn.
You walk barefoot inside India – Walking barefoot is an easy way to keep the body healthy. We may feel ashamed to walk barefoot in the direction of being modern, but walking barefoot in foreign countries is very popular these days. Believe me, many diseases can be overcome by walking barefoot. On an average, for several hours a week. If we are forgetting to walk barefoot, then believe that we are inviting many diseases. So friends, let us know what are the
benefits of walking barefoot? Do you remember when you walked barefoot in the past? Or when did you feel the touch of your earth? Maybe it’s been a long
time! Walking barefoot on the ground even for a while relaxes the mind. The dew drop on the grass and the cold sand directly cools the mind through the feet, through this your body comes in touch with the nature. Walking barefoot in comparison to shoes reduces the stress on the feet and the joints of the feet, also remain healthy. Due to this, your muscles also remain fresh. Which is not often done by wearing shoes, this will make you feel refreshed and your brain will also work faster. Friends, elderly people often fall while walking and they get hurt, that means they fall and get hurt due to deteriorating their balance, so this is an important way to maintain that balance before walking barefoot. The areas are opened and the acupressure system also works. Many types of research and studies have shown that by stimulating the lower nervous system of the feet, we can reduce blood pressure and stress by walking barefoot. There is a feeling of happiness, that means stress is removed, we also get better sleep by walking barefoot, only 5 minutes a day If you walk barefoot on the ground, then you will feel that you have started getting a better sleep than always. By touching the ground or grass, we get positive energy from the earth, which reduces stress and starts sleeping better.
Knowingly unknowingly, whenever we are in tension, what do we do? when we are in tension, we keep press the finger with the teeth and these are reflex points of brain, they keep getting suppressed and we become relaxed. For this we do not need to make any effort.
Whenever we had a headache, we pressed or massage the head. If there was pain in the foot, then we were pressed the foot. If there was pain in the stomach, then massage the stomach. And we were get relaxed in ourselves, our health gets better. We have been doing this knowingly or unknowingly. We had done not know any science or any method behind it, but we had been getting healthy.
After that, we used to do different types of work within the Indian way of life, whether it was by hand or feet. Whether it was household work or office work, what used to happen inside doing that work? The reflex points in our hands and feet were pressed and we lived healthy lives. We have seen all these things. This type of Indian way of life has been leading a healthy life.
Now we talk about reflexology! Different beliefs are prevalent in the whole world, some say from China, some say from Egypt or some peoples say it’s from USA. But India is the country of origin of Reflexology system. This picture is enough to confirm that. The history of thousands of years of our country has been published in thousands of books. This is the photo of Vishnu and Lakshmi. Which it has been told that, Lakshmi ji is pressing their feet, Vishnu ji is the regarded as the maintainer of the universe by the Indians, and the photograph is giving this message that, if you press your feet, surely your life will be long as well as you will live a healthy. This is the reason, why such
traditions existed in India since ancient times. We always press the feet of elders and by pressing, become stress free.
There is another picture have shown the antiquity of reflexology. EGYPT One of the oldest documentations of foot zoning can be found in Egypt. After touring Egypt in 1979, Ed and Ellen Case of Los Angeles brought back an ancient Egyptian papyrus scene depicting medical practitioners treating the hands and feet of their patients dating 2,500 BC. Here is a commercial reproduction of the pictograph found in the Physician’s Tomb in Saqqara, Egypt Ankhmahor’s tomb in Saqqara, Egypt. The hieroglyphic above the scene reads: “Do not let it be painful.” With a reply, “I do as you please.” There is further evidence that can be found on the tomb walls of the Physician Ankhmahor. Located in the tomb are six carvings depicting childbirth, pharmacology, embalming, circumcision, dentistry and foot zoning.
In ancient times, peoples come inside India for training and also to do business. They noticed that, India is a country with a tropical region, but the people of India, has have their health is good and life is also long. So, what is the reason for that?
Then they studied the lifestyle of Indians. After studying the texts and lifestyles, they took this knowledge to their own countries. Many of them did the study and research of this science in different ways and kept it in front of the people. And this knowledge-science has emerged in the form of two types today, one is acupressure and the other is acupuncture.
Acupressure means ‘Acu’ means to give pressure in a specific way. Which is a method of treatment by looking at the pressure in a specific way and called acupressure. There are 15 to 20 different types of medical systems inside the acupressure.
What happens in acupuncture? Needles pricked through a specific type of needles to balance the energy through them, it is called acupuncture. Acupuncture has also been different methods, within which there are meridian, Sujok, auricular therapy. More such therapies, about which we will take brief information and later we are going to take detailed information about reflexology therapy. Let us see what are the different types of Indian lifestyle?
First of all, let’s talk about the work of acupuncture! Its beginning was done 3000 years ago by Huang Di: the yellow emperor, he had laid the foundation and it was told that, the effect of energy inside our body is 14 meridians. If someone’s energy decreases or increases, then the person becomes ill. Those meridians, which are going from our body, if we used needles and to balance it, then we could lead a healthy life. The name of this science is meridians therapy or acupuncture! After that we will talk about Sujok Acupuncture! Professor Park, Jae Woo
Founder of SuJok Therapy, who introduced many therapies in 1984, and in which he told that, the main channel of the meridians which are flowing in our body is contained inside our two fingers and thumb. Above the places if using needles then we can remain healthy. Put this concept in front of the people and that medical method is considered as Sujok Acupuncture. Now, we will talk about Auricular Therapy! The position of the child in the womb, the same position is that of our ear. All the reflex points of our organs are contained inside the ear, and the needle is used over those reflex points, and it is called auricular therapy. It has also been a very popular medical method.
Acupressure – Acu – Acute – pressure
Acupressure is a manual therapy technique that is used to relieve pain and muscle tension. Acupressure is performed using fingers gradually pressing onto key points around the body to simulate pain relief and muscle relaxation. The acupressure technique is used on trigger points within muscles and soft tissues.
Meridian Therapy
Energy flows in human body through 14 meridians and when energy flow becomes uncontrollable, a man becomes ill. To press points at meridian to balance it is called the Meridian Therapy.
Sujok
Prof Park J Woo invented the Sujok Therapy. Sujok word is related to Korean language- that means hand and foot. The balance of human body is shown through hand and soles of feet and treatment of pressing these points is known as Sujok Acupressure.
Shiatsu
Shiatsu word originates from Japanese language and it denotes our Hand and fingers. It is well-known that energy flows in human body through 14 meridians and man becomes ill when energy is not in sync with body. By pressing hands, feet, fingers, elbow and knees at meridians is called Shiatsu therapy.
Now we will talk about the importance of reflexology inside our body. First of all, under acupressure,
Germany physician Dr. Alfons Cornelius tried reflex-massage on certain areas of his body to cure his own disease. He noted when he worked out the painful areas. In 1902 he published a book called “Pressure Points, their Origin and Significance”.
The development and practice of reflexology in the 20th Century is a result of the studies in the United States on zone therapy, the application of pressure applied to specific points on the body such as the feet, hands and face to relieve pain and improve function in other parts of the body.
Dr William H. Fitzgerald, also known as the father of reflexology, practiced as a physician and oto laryngo logist [ear, nose, and throat surgeon] at the Boston City Hospital and as a laryngologist and head of the ENT Department at St. Francis ENT Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut.
Pressure Therapy In 1902 Fritzgerald was drawn to pressure therapy when he discovered that pressure, applied to certain points on the body, could relieve pain and improve function in other parts of the body.
He applied pressure to the toes and fingers of his patients and realized that this produced considerable analgesia and relieved headaches, earaches, tummy aches etc.
Zones
He divided the body into 10 longitudinal zones that run from the head to the toes and fingers there by linking parts of the body in that zone and observed that the application of pressure to specific areas corresponded to pain relief in different areas of the body in that zone.
This information is very important, on which the foundation of our reflexology rests, so we have to keep in mind this study closely, which zone is coming in which reflex points, after this we will discuss in detail in the future.
Now let’s see. The first zone that is blinking. Left side of first zone reflex points:
Pituitary, Pineal, Brain, Hypothalamus, Tongue, Esophagus, Thyroid, Para- thyroid, Pancreas, Adrenal, Kidney, Prostate, Urinary Tract, Urinary Bladder, Sciatica, Gonad Glands and Spinal cord.
This is all the reflex points, now we will see, which reflection centers come in the first zone of the right side the body.
Pituitary, Pineal, Brain, Hypothalamus, Tongue, Esophagus, Thyroid, Para- thyroid, Stomach, Duodenum, Adrenal, Kidney, Prostate, Urinary Tract, Urinary Bladder, Sciatica, Gonad Glands and Spinal Cord.
Now we will talk, which is the second zone. Left side of second zone –
Sinus, Eye, Chest, Pancreas, Stomach, Large Intestine, Small Intestine, Rectum, Sciatica and Gonad Glands. These reflex points have been included.
Now we talk second zone, right side
Sinus, eye, Chest, Stomach, Duodenum, Large Intestine, Small Intestine, Sciatica and Gonad Glands. All this is about the second region/zone.
Let us talk about third zone, on the left side:
Sinus, Eye, Lungs, Chest, Stomach, Large Intestine, Small Intestine, Sciatica and Gonad Glands.
Now what comes in the right side of third region?
Sinus, Eye, Lungs, Liver, Large Intestine, Small Intestine, Sciatica and Gonad Glands. So in this way the reflex points are contained inside these zones.
Now we will talk about the fourth zone! left side
Sinus, Lungs, Thymus, Heart, Spleen, Large Intestine, Sciatica and Gonad Glands.
And at the right side: Sinus, Lungs, Thymus, Liver, Gall Bladder, Large Intestine, Small Intestine, Appendix, Sciatica and Gonad Glands.
All these reflex points are contained inside the fourth zone right side. Let us talk about the fifth zone, at the left side:
Sinus, Ear, Upper Limb, Lower Limb, Sciatica and Gonad Glands. These are included.
Now have a look at the right side of the fifth zone:
Sinus, Ear, Upper Limb, Lower Limb, Sciatica and Gonad Glands. All these reflex points are contained inside the fifth zone on the right side.
All the reflex points of the body have been included within the 10 zones. We will talk about reflex points in the next session.
Dr Joe Shelby-Riley ran the Riley School of Chiropractic in Washington DC. When Dr Fitzgerald and his colleagues came to lecture Dr Riley’s students, he became interested in the subject of Zone Therapy. He and his wife, Elizabeth Ann became students of Dr Fitzgerald.
Reflexes/Pressure Points/Hook technique – Dr Riley also included the hands and ears in his work with reflexes and zones and added eight horizontal divisions to the zones
of the feet and hands. He made the first detailed drawings of reflexes or pressure points on the feet and hands, that suggested the shape of a human body.
Dr Riley used electrical tools but later he developed a manual hooking technique to apply pressure on patients. He and his wife Elizabeth Ann lectured Zone Therapy and the Hook technique on patients in many large cities of the United States.
Sir Charles Sherrington – An English neurophysiologist, histologist, bacteriologist, and a pathologist did extensive research into neurons and nerve function.
In his book The Integrative Action of the Nervous System, published in 1906, Sherrington demonstrated how the nerves co-ordinate and dominate the functions of the body showing the process in which the brain, spinal cord and numerous reflex pathways control the activities of the body.
In 1932, Sir Sherrington received the Nobel Prize for his work on neurons, specifically “proprioceptive action”. He shared the Nobel Prize with an English doctor, Edgar Adrian whose research had shown that the intensity of nerve stimulation was due to the size of the nerve, and not to the amount of pressure applied. This also had an impact on the development of modern reflexology techniques.
Development of Modern Reflexology techniques – Although the Original Ingham Method and chart is used world-wide other prominent reflexology trainers in various countries contributed to the development of a number of new reflexology techniques. The nurse and physiotherapist, Eunice Ingham worked for Dr. Riley in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Zone Therapy/Foot Reflexology – In 1925, Ingham developed zone therapy into foot reflexology. In the early 1930’s she started developing her foot reflex theory and applied pressure to particular points across the soles of the feet. She discovered that this technique stimulated and helped the body to heal, rather than to provide only pain relief. After extensive research she found that the feet and hands were especially sensitive to pressure. After further study Ingham made a distinct separation between working on reflex points and zone therapy.
Map of the feet She developed a map of the feet with all the corresponding organs and glands of the body and called it compression therapy before naming it reflexology.
Pressure Technique – She developed the alternating pressure technique used by most reflexologists today and became known as the mother of modern reflexology and a trainer of reflexology. She travelled around the USA, gave lectures and seminars in Foot Reflexology first to medical staff, and then to
non-medical practitioners. Published books: Stories the Feet Can Tell Through Reflexology [1938]; Stories the Feet Have Told Through Reflexology [1951]
In December 1974, Eunice passed over at the age of 85 years. She had dedicated her life to helping others and was totally committed to the benefits of Reflexology.
Reflexology is a science with the principal understanding that there are reflex points on the feet, hands and ears that relate to all organs, glands and parts of the body. By the application of pressure to these reflexes using gentle thumb/ finger movements the body’s function may be influenced. Many people seek reflexology for relaxation and to improve their health and well-being. It is thought that by pressing points on the feet, impulses are sent through pathways to certain areas of the body, increasing energy and health in those areas.
The concept of facial reflexology is derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine where they believe that the face connects different organs through meridian points. Facial reflexology is also termed facial mapping that helps in diagnosing and healing. There are some reflex points or acupoints on the face that helps in bringing balance to the mind and body.
Ear massage or ear reflexology, also known as auriculotherapy, works to relieve stress by stimulating these ear pressure points, together with the ear massage itself producing the following responses and benefits: Nerve sensations that resonate through the whole body.
Hand reflexology is a massage technique that puts pressure on various reflex points around your hands. The belief is that these points correlate to different body parts and that massaging the points can help to relieve symptoms in other areas of the body.
Foot reflexology also includes all the reflex points of the body in the feet.
Reflexology is becoming popular all over the world like a river starts in a small form and gradually progresses through its vastness. Reflexology also started from small, later its promotion and spread increased so much that it is found in different types all over the world. More than 1500+ books of reflexology have been published and thousands of institutes are working, millions of therapists are giving benefit to billions of people. This type of therapy is popular all over the world and people are benefiting from it. There are so many types of reflexologies available in world, then why was there an attempt to introduce a separate reflexology system? This question arises in our mind.
27 years ago, when I was working as a reflexologist and trainer, a student pointed out that the position of one of the reflex points which I mentioned was different from what was given in the book. Till then I had studied various books too, but the single question of that student changed the direction of my life. I met all the senior therapists those who were working in this field and explained about differences among the books and insisted that we should conduct research. But nobody provided consent for this. Hence, I myself took a strong decision to conduct research, and to start the research work we had organized a meet with all our students. They were happy to participate it, and all the students said, do research, we are with you. And with everyone’s spirits and heights, we did such a research work from 2000 to 2011.
With the tireless efforts of everyone after doing research on 13000 people, we got the exact reflex points on the feet. Through which we told to the whole world that we can diagnose with reflexology as well as we can do treatment.
In 2011, The work of this entire research was written and published in the form of a book. This book was released by the hands of honorable education minister Rajendra Babuji Darda. Jain reflexology is gaining popularity due to its effective results. we were named this medical system as Jain reflexology.
Jain reflexology therapy is a non-violent treatment system. Jain philosophy all over the world is non-violent philosophy, so we named it as Jain reflexology. But from 2021, this therapy was known a throughout the world as JIN reflexology. J for Justified, I for Integrated and N for Natural.
now the question arises in the mind that why the JIN reflexology is best?
Every therapist considers his treatment as excellent, but does not know which is the best therapy? To find out the best therapy, our ancient scriptures have explained us five health policies.
What is the specialty of this therapy?
Why is this therapy the best?
What is the foundation of this therapy?
What is the specialty and principles of this therapy?
We will be going to talk detailed information about all of these in the next session.
Till then you will have any type of questions or some idea in the context of today’s session then you write me in the comment box.
We will try to answer them in the next session and if we have your feedback and suggestions then we can develop it in more ways, can reach millions of people, so your suggestions are invited. We impressed to while you show interest to learn the JIN Reflexology, thank you so much.
see you again in the next session.
